I've never seen an Effie belt over the many years dealing in the Native American arts!  This comes from an old Virginia collection and is in perfect condition, never worn.  Effie was quite prolific keeping up with the demand for her great style of rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, buckles and bolos. I'm not sure how many belts Effie has made, but I can say from experience it is quite rare.  Great size , perfect for going through belt loops of your favorite jeans and a nice heavy weight.  Natural turquoise and Mediterranean coral and signed with her Effie C. Zuni hallmark.  Buckle measures 1.75" x 2.75" and conchos 1.25" x 2"  41" end to end.  It has no holes punched as it has never been worn.
