Master Hopi multi award winning artist Lawrence Saufkie (1935-2011) created this magnificent bear overlay bolo and buckle set in 14k gold with sterling silver. He learned silversmithing and overlay technique from his father Paul Saufkie and Fred Kabotie, the innovators of the Hopi style of silver work .  Bolo length 44"...pendant measures 3" x 2".....buckle measures 2 1/8" x 3"
